- 2 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana (I prefer frozen bananas)
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 tsp. of chia seeds
- 1 tsp. of maca powder
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender
- Blend all the ingredients until frothy
- Serve immediately
