I love quiche. It is a simple and elegant meal that you can serve for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. I learned how to make this particular delicious quiche in Geneva, Switzerland in 2010 when I was with my husband on our engagement celebration. It’s pretty easy to make. This is one of my favorite dishes to make for brunch.
